Check out more info about Yolanda’s Zumba classes at www.lifeandfood.com Spring Smoothie Recipe: 1 cup almond milk 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 small banana 1 tbsp hemp protein powder 1 cup spinach 5 drops of stevia Directions: Throw all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. That’s it! Variations: In place of almond milk, you can use whatever milk you like or water. Any berries can be used (fresh or frozen). Honey or agave nectar can be used as a sweetener or none at all. You can add more spinach or whatever other greens you like. Add your favorite protein powder or a spoon of nut butter. Go crazy and keep it healthy!
