Sigh..it sucks that once I upload the vid to youtube the quality SUCKS. Anyhow, I have washed 2x in the braids. Feb 3rd made a month so I removed the braids yesterday all except for a few and hopefully I can show you all how to safely remove braids if I get the time this weekend. I too get overwhelmed when reading the back of labels and I don’t have time to “research” as much as I used too now that i’m af/t RDH major. I used this soap for the first time in this vid and my scalp and hair seemed to like it!!! It got my scalp as clean as possible for having braids in and the lather and scent is great (almond scent). ty all for watching
