These bars had a pleasant granola-bar-type flavor, and the varieties were very true to their names.
The texture is light and crispy.
The tiny hard flecks of what I presume are hemp can make the eating experience somewhat tedious. These small bits are entirely edible but are harder than anything else I consider food.

Best tasting bars we’ve found. All flavors are great, not too sweet, the taste like real found, not some odd mix like other lesser bars are. One thing, I just ordered more of these and the asst. I just rec’d didn’t have the Mocha Java bars, that one was surprisingly delicious–never expected these could be so good.
added later: uh… this review was for the multi pack, but seems to show up under all flavors. what’s the point of reviews if amazon does this? if you don’t like a certain flavor and it shows up as a rating of other flavors… reviews are now worthless.
That said this bars are great, the choc rasberry and mocha java are our favs… all great, this co. has it’s flavors down! there are maybe 2 clif bars that i can stand, but everything from Ruth’s has been excellent. Some of the Mac bars do get a bit sweet with the raisens, not a problem if you get a variety, but if that’s alll i had it may bother me.
