SEVEN! After every work out. I use frozen berry and frozen greens like spinach or asparagus. I usually use Hemp protein but I’m looking for another non animal non soy protein to alternate with sense Dr. Mercola said that consuming too much of one protein can cause an allergy. Thanks for the video, you guys are hot.

I want juicing recipes, where can I get some really really healthy ones? Like the ones you can almost live off of or that has stuff in it that interacts with vitamins/minerals in it. for example ginger root juiced (extract) can make b1 more effective. Anyone know where I can get them? or just send me a message with some.

I never make smoothies, I juice because I find it easier although juicing is easier to clean. I juice every day.

  30. The American Diabetes Association suggests an personal limitations their saturated fat intake to about 7% per day but a standard Western diet provides around 40%. Since too much fat encourages poor health, it would be better to limit fats including those in coconut oil that have a higher risk of promoting health troubles since most Americans get way an excessive amount of saturated fat anyway.
