    One other thing. I like to put organic spinach in my smoothies. Spinach is really good for you. It will turn your smoothie green looking but doesnt change the flavor at all. I give some to my daughter and she cant even tell.

    I think being an on and off Vegan is a great way way to stay balanced and healthy. I know you dont want to try the hemp stuff but the brand “Biochem hemp/whey” is an amazing tasting source of hemp and whey protein. TRUST ME the flavor is great but it has to be “Biochem HEMP/WHEY” if it doesnt say hemp way it will not taste as good try it and it and tell what you think. You can find it at whole foods for about 18+ dollars

    i’ve been on and off vegan so what would be a good protein alternative, and I don’t want to do that hemp stuff. I’ve tried Vega but I can’t manage to get it pass my throat.

    Great video! It’s important to test your pH balance because you don’t want to be too alkaline or acidic. You may notice these symptoms if you are too Acidic; High blood pressure, Headaches, Acid reflux (heartburn), Acid indigestion, Hot flashes, Night sweats, Heat rashes, Motion sickness, Muscle pains, Insomnia, Cold feet and hands.     Unfortunately you cannot by Acai at wall mart I either go to Whole Foods or Sprouts, Sprouts is cheaper sometimes also I do not use berries I use sambazon acai frozen packs.

    Ha HA I can see why you would say that. BUt trust me I aint no “tree hugger” I cant stand those people. But the smoothie has worked amazing for me as far as performance in my activities.

    Any brand of concentrated liquid chlorophyll
    Any brand of cinnamon
    O.N.E(brand name) Coconut water (my choice)
    regular bananas
