    Fantastic, thank you =)
I can’t wait to go grocery shopping this week! I like to make lists and take notes off of some of your videos, can you list everything in the description for your diet videos?

I made this shake this morning and it was so delicious and I still feel energized. I felt very good about the choice I made to put something good in my body, the conscious choice. I couldn’t find the E3, but added some Flax and powdered wheat grass. Thank you so much Dashama for posting these vids. They have been so inpsiring. Keep sharing! Light and Love,
    Namaste.

Oh really? I love soy milk.. I normally get the Silk brand, with the calcium and DHA boost. Would that be okay? Does almond milk have anything like that?

  5. missogi says:

ok, thanks a lot for the info!!!

  6. dashama says:

    that is wonderful~! thank you

  7. dashama says:

soy milk is not the best. a lot of plant estrogen can cause hormonal imbalances. i stick with almond or rice milk. hemp milk is also great.

  8. tulipsun21 says:

thanks dashama I used almond milk and flax/pomagran oil with the mix and it was great. I’m going to add a banana next time.

    Hi, Dashama!
You were talking about almond milk in your video, and i was trying to find any other milk besides cow’s milk in the local groceries.
The only thing I could find is soy milk.
What do think of it? Do you think it’s better that the regular cow’s milk?

Thanks so much for your help!

    Lena
