Thank god this stuff is tasty because it is so practical. You can make it in seconds. It has the perfect combo of fiber and protein plus calcium and omega-3s. It seems pricey, but you only use two tablespoons per serving, so it lasts a long time. It expands eight times its size in water, so it is incredibly filling and digests slowly. I like to add ground flax seed, nuts and some fruit. I travel with it for the perfect breakfast. You can use cold water or heat up the water in the hotel coffee machine, and you have the same protein as an egg and more fiber than oatmeal.

I’m truly surprised by how tasty this is just on it’s own. I mixed it with almond milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes, then chowed down on this yummy and satisfying treat. I’m trying to go raw (for about the millionth time!) and I think Chia Goodness will be a nice item to add to the menu. Can’t wait to try the other flavors.
